Preparing food for self supported Ultra Asia Race 

  
I’m experimenting to freeze-dry the meat (Fassone piemontese) to get protein in quantities necessary to run 160 km

  
I think it will be delicious with a packet of freeze-dried mashed potatoes 

  

the appearance is polished, the chewy texture but after keeping her in the mouth for a few seconds releases all tastes of true Fassone piemontese delicious beef meat!
